Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager who combines a strategic big-picture mindset with meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven project management experience and be fully capable of independently managing projects from initiation to successful delivery. This role requires a proactive, self-driven professional who can navigate complex IT projects, align with business goals, and ensure timely and quality outcomes.
- Experience in HR software implementation is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against them.Maintain a strong big-picture perspective while managing detailed aspects of project execution.Identify risks and issues early and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical staff, vendors, and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Manage project scope, timelines, and resources independently, demonstrating strong decision-making skills.Report project status, deliverables, and metrics to senior management and stakeholders clearly and regularly.Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and industry best practices.Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.Proven ability to manage complex IT projects independently with minimal supervision.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.).Exceptional organizational skills with a balance between strategic vision and detail orientation.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner) are a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Tell employers what skills you have
