Job descriptionPreferably with 1-2 years related working experience in similar job scope Preferably in Manufacturing industries, Production department. Basic application of Microsoft Office & Excel. Good math and technical skills Understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques Good work attitude & interpersonal communication skill, self-motivated, independent, team player and willing to learn.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Perform sample inspection of materials, WIP and finished products as per IQC and OQC checklist.
- Release incoming materials that have passed verification or inspection.
- Release finished products that have passed inspection to be delivered to customers.
- On-hold or reject materials and finished products that fail to meet quality expectations.
- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records. Submit for QA Engineer’s approval.
- Update IQC, OQC and Yield Reports; Key in test data for customer data / records and prepare C of C with OQC Report.
- Any other task assigned by QA Engineer
