Job descriptionPlan, organize, and execute events to promote retail banking products and services. Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and event promotion. Ensure events are executed within budget and achieve desired outcomes. Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and in-branch promotions. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future efforts. Work with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and content. Develop initiatives to enhance customer experience and build brand loyalty. Implement feedback mechanisms to gather customer insights and improve marketing efforts. Engage with customers through various channels, including social media, email, and in-person events. Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and compliance, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and compliant. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and community organizations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on marketing activities.
