Position Overview

The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing operations. You will assist in digital campaigns, content creation, social media management, events coordination, and marketing analytics. Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Support

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and LinkedIn.

Support SEO, SEM, and email marketing activities.

Content Creation

Create and schedule engaging content for social media, newsletters, and the company website.

Collaborate with designers, writers, and external vendors to produce marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, posters, videos).

Social Media Management

Maintain and grow company presence across social media platforms.

Track engagement metrics and generate performance reports.

Events & Partnerships

Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and partnership activities.

Liaise with vendors, partners, and clients to ensure smooth execution.

Market Research & Analytics

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.

Prepare marketing performance reports and dashboards.

Administrative & Ad Hoc Tasks

Support the marketing team with administrative duties such as budget tracking, documentation, and vendor coordination.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Good understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.).
• Strong communication and copywriting skills in English.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
• Analytical mindset and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
