Job descriptionProvided status on delayed orders with reasons Monitor open order delivery status and initiate product exchanges, rentals, escalations needed for customers need Entering order, quote request, PO review, case management Attending and lead customer calls, prepared with summary of open customers queries Driving internal changes required due to customer actions and process requirements Driving internal changes required due to customer actions and process requirements Other adhoc assigned Experience in Repair on Aerospace Industry Comfortable to support Alternate saturday whenever required
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturday (7.30am-5pm)
- Up to $5,500
- 1 Month of additional AWS
