Job descriptionManage vendor inquiries and reconcile monthly statements to ensure accuracy Process payments including COD transactions Review invoices against Purchase Orders and Goods Received Notes; update records in our system Organize and maintain payment vouchers, invoices, and related documents Support other finance tasks as assigned Handle daily invoicing for corporate accounts and cash sales Upload e-invoices to customer portals, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete Record and reconcile cash sales daily Process AR receipts promptly and raise Debit / Credit Notes when needed Maintain organized AR filing and documentation Assist with additional ad-hoc duties as needed Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent 2 year of relevant experience
