As the Admin Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent support for students, parents, and staff. Your main responsibilities include :
1. Customer Service & Communication
- Serve as the first point of contact for student and parent inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Respond promptly and professionally to general questions, scheduling matters, and class-related concerns.
- Provide courteous assistance to parents and guide them on available services.
2. Student & Parent Support
Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, and class schedules.Coordinate with teachers to relay messages or class updates to students and parents.Support student registration and trial class arrangements.3. Invoicing & Book-Keeping
Assist in generating and sending invoices to students / parents.Maintain accurate records and receipts related to school operations.Support the finance team in monthly reconciliation and reporting.5. Event & Activity Support
Provide administrative support for school events, concerts, recitals, and internal eventsEnsure smooth execution of school activities by working closely with the teaching and operations team.6. General Administrative Duties
Organize and maintain proper filing of documents and recordsAssist in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the school environment.Support any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
