Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and plan talent pipelines.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-teaching roles — from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies.
- Handle both internal and external recruitment.
- Build relationships with recruitment vendors and manage contracts.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies and campaigns.
- Participate in career fairs and networking events.
- Provide hiring advice and support to managers.
- Track recruitment data and market trends for reporting.
Requirements
