The Position : We’re looking for a Chief Finance Manager

Responsibilities :

• Developing financial strategies for company growth through acquisitions
• Conducting financial analysis and due diligence on potential acquisition targets
• Structuring financing options for acquisitions (debt, equity, hybrid)
• Managing relationships with financial institutions and investors
• Creating post-acquisition integration financial plans

Requirements :

Educational Qualifications :

Full-Time position.

Working Hour(s) : 9.00 am - 6.30 pm, Mon - Fri.

Salary : $6000 - $10000 SGD per month
