Role

The candidate will assist the CFO in overseeing and managing financial operations, strategic planning, budgeting, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities. They will focus on working with our operating companies to provide financial oversight, instil financial discipline, and ensure alignment with Clermont standards. They may also be responsible for implementing financial policies, conducting due diligence for M&A transactions, and ensuring regulatory compliance in all financial matters.

Chartered Accountant preferably with multiple industry experience; First or Second Upper Class Honours Degree from top tier institution.

Experience

This Singapore based role requires regular travel. Travel requirements will vary based on business needs and priorities.
