Roles & Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute marketing plans to increase enrolment and brand awareness.
- Analyse competitors and market trends to position the centre effectively.
- Set measurable goals for lead generation, conversions, and retention.
2. Branding & Content Creation
Oversee the centre’s brand image across all platforms (social media, website, print).Create or supervise content such as blog posts, social media updates, videos, and newsletters.Develop promotional materials (brochures, banners, ads) for campaigns and events.3. Digital Marketing
Manage social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and run targeted ad campaigns.Oversee SEO and SEM to increase website visibility.Track and report on digital marketing performance (CTR, conversion rates, cost-per-lead).4. Event & Partnership Management
Plan and execute open houses, workshops, webinars, and community outreach events.Build partnerships with schools, community centres, and parent networks.Coordinate sponsorships and collaborations to boost exposure.5. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
Manage lead funnels from inquiries to enrolments.Work closely with Centre Managers to ensure prompt follow-ups and conversion tracking.Collect and analyse parent / student feedback to refine marketing approaches.6. Budgeting & Reporting
Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively.Prepare monthly or quarterly performance reports for mTell employers what skills you have
