Responsibilities would include :
Invest with leading private equity secondary sponsors and participate in a wide array of secondary deals involving the acquisition of private equity fund stakes and GP-led transactionsSupport management of Funds and Co-Investments portfolio through the analysis, purchase, and sale of assets through the secondary marketBuild Excel-based models to value operating companies, funds, portfolios, and structured transactionsSupport the preparation of deal memos and assist in presenting to the Investment CommitteeRepresent the firm in engagements with private equity managers, company management teams, counterparties, and intermediaries during due diligence and ongoing monitoringCoordinate with other strategy groups (Funds, Direct Investments, Venture, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Public Markets) to evaluate and execute secondary investment opportunitiesAssist in the deal closing processResponsibilities :
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline1 to 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field (open to relocation candidates)Interest in building a career in private equity secondariesStrong academic credentials and a track record of high performanceGood understanding of corporate finance and proficiency in financial modellingDemonstrated maturity, professional presence, organizational skills, and strong verbal communication abilitiesData collected is strictly used for recruitment purposes only and will be treated with strictest confidence.
