Responsibilities
Reporting to the GM of Asia Innovation Centre, this role will lead the new Digitally enabled business developments in support of the bank's Digital strategy in Asia. This includes designing new business schemes in collaboration with customers, tech players and SMBC Grouppanies and leading the implementation of business schemes with customers. This role will define and manage the end-to-end programs to drive product management and development of data analytics solutions, process re-engineering, automation as well as work with SMBC Grouppanies to achieve stated business oues.
Strategy
- Contribute to developing the strategic priorities and focus areas for Asia Innovation Centre, including collaboration with SMBC Grouppanies. Product design and management of Data analytics solutions, design approach and implementation initiatives focused on process re-engineering, automation and analytics capabilities
- Determining the benefits (financial / non-financial, direct / indirect) of delivering the Digital analytics projects for the organisational units
- Define the Target Operating Model (TOM) integratingponents of people, process, and ecosystem partners to implement Digital business schemes. Includes definition of business case, vendor partner strategy and internal resources planning in support of delivering defined Digital initiatives.
- Implement business as usual, but not limited to, regulatory &ernance matters, new products and business steering in APAC branches / offices as well as manage subsidiaries
- Support arrangement of logistics such as management and senior management business trip and regular reporting
- Develop team members' skill and motivate others to maximize the oue of the team
- Collaborate with relevant departments of Head Office to efficiently enhance business andernance in APAC region
Business enablement and Project management
Developing action-oriented initiatives and plans in consultation with business leaders and management team with clearly defined KPIs and business oues.Support framework and methodology to develop Go-to-market plan, run pipeline development initiatives along with key business leaders.Planning and driving implementation actions, together with relevant functions to enable regulatory, legal entity, policy, and procedural changes.Stakeholder management and engagement approach to facilitate the design and delivery of Digital initiatives.Appropriately manages the risks that may arise from Digital projects to the Bank and to the stakeholders supported.Job Requirements
