Veterinarian (Junior/Senior)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Participate in daily rounds at the start and end of each shift for inpatient care.
• Handle consultations for emergency patients during both day and night shifts.
• Conduct diagnostic procedures as needed.
• Refer cases to appropriate specialty clinics when necessary.
• Perform TFAST and AFAST ultrasound scans for critical emergency patients.
• Develop and recommend treatment plans for emergency cases.
• Maintain accurate and updated medical records, documenting findings and treatments.
• Order diagnostic procedures, such as X-rays, blood tests, ultrasounds, endoscopies, or CT scans, as required.
• Analyze and interpret results from diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications based on diagnostic outcomes and clinical evaluations.
• Discuss patient care and condition updates with pet owners.
• Provide detailed updates and discharge notes to referring veterinarians.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from a recognized university.
• 1-2 years experience will be an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
