Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Lead a team to improve productivity and quality standards.
- Manage projects and resolve issues with stakeholders.
- Provide backup support for the technical team during manpower shortages.
- Oversee and plan for machine maintenance, setup, and other issue.
- Manage department inventory, ordering, and disposal via open tender.
- Coordinate weekly machine movements and container loading / unloading.
- Explore and implement new technologies to improve machine performance.
- Support sales team with technical setups and queries.
- Prepare monthly operational and financial reports.
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirement
Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.Minimum 8 years in the technical field and 5 years in a managerial role.Knowledge in mechanical, electrical, cooling, and compressor systems is a plus.Strong leadership, business acumen, and budgeting skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Interested candidate to submit resume including current / last drawn salary and salary expectation.
