Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced SAP eWM – Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Warehouse Management (WM / eWM) processes, preferably in high-tech industries. The consultant will be responsible for driving end-to-end functional design, leading requirements workshops, and collaborating with business users to optimize warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering and design sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Configure and support SAP EWM / WM processes including Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse Processes, and Physical Inventory .
  • Collaborate with business users to identify process bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
  • Provide expertise as a Business Process Architect with a focus on warehouse operations.
  • Deliver and support at least two full lifecycle SAP eWM implementations .
  • Work on cross-functional processes with MM, PP, and QM modules .
  • Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects and work with development teams to deliver solutions.
  • Configure warehouse organizational structures, placement / removal strategies, physical inventory, and print processes .
  • Support RF transactions ; RFID experience will be an added advantage.
  • Provide guidance on transportation and carrier booking processes .

Requirements

  • 7+ years of SAP WM / eWM functional experience ; minimum 3 years in SAP eWM .
  • Strong expertise in SAP WM / eWM configurations and processes .
  • At least 2 full end-to-end SAP eWM lifecycle implementations .
  • Good cross-functional knowledge in MM, PP, QM .
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Business Process Architect .
  • Hands-on experience in RF integration ; RFID exposure preferred.
  • Experience in writing functional specs for RICEFW developments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
