Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT Security , preferably in a pre-sales or solution consultant capacity Strong understanding of Security Architecture , OSI & TCP / IP models, and networking protocols Hands-on experience with firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (IPS) , and related security technologies Familiarity with Palo Alto Networks solutions is highly desirable
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to align technical solutions with business needs
- Lead and deliver Proof-of-Concept (POC) sessions to demonstrate product capabilities, especially in Palo Alto Networks security solutions
- Prepare tailored technical proposals and solution architecture documents
- Conduct engaging presentations, workshops, and demos for clients and partners
- Provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical support throughout the solution lifecycle
- Stay updated with emerging security technologies and trends to recommend relevant solutions
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and solution development initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team
