• Lead the Housekeeping Team : Supervise daily operations, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to Mama’s high standards. Inspire your team to perform at their best! 👥✨
• Quality Control : Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation. No detail escapes your keen eye! 🔍
• Training and Development : Provide ongoing training to your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and deliver exceptional service. 📚💪
• Inventory Management : Keep track of housekeeping supplies and linens, making sure we’re always stocked and ready for our guests. 📦
• Guest Interaction : Address guest inquiries and concerns with a friendly smile, turning any frown into a joyful experience! 🤗
• Collaborate with Other Departments : Work closely with front office and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. 🤝
