We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Creative Designer to join our team and help us push the boundaries of digital advertising and web design.
The Role
We are seeking a versatile Creative Designer with approximately 2 years of professional experience who possesses a strong eye for aesthetics and a functional understanding of user-centered design. This role is a perfect blend of advertising creativity and practical UI / UX design . You will be responsible for the end-to-end creative process—from initial conceptualization to final execution—across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Concept & Execution (Advertising)
- Conceptualization : Ideate and develop compelling, original, and on-brand creative concepts for digital advertising campaigns (e.g., social media ads, display banners, animated graphics).
- Design Production : Create high-quality visual assets, including static designs, short-form videos / animations, and interactive creatives, ensuring they meet platform specifications and performance goals.
- Adaptation : Confidently adapt core creative ideas into various formats and sizes for A / B testing and diverse placements.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure creative aligns with campaign strategy and messaging.
UI / UX Design (Web)
User Interface (UI) Design : Design intuitive, visually appealing, and high-converting user interfaces for websites and landing pages, adhering to modern design principles.User Experience (UX) Knowledge : Apply a basic understanding of UX principles (user flows, wireframing, usability testing concepts) to ensure designs are user-friendly and optimize the customer journey.Prototyping : Develop mockups and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and functionality.Qualifications & Skills
Experience : Approximately 2 years of professional experience in a design role, preferably within an agency or a fast-paced in-house team.Portfolio : A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing both advertising creative (digital ads) and UI / UX design (websites / apps).Technical Proficiency : Mastery of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / After Effects, and / or Figma / Sketch).Digital Acumen : Excellent understanding of current digital advertising trends, social media platforms, and web design best practices.Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and receive constructive feedback.Attention to Detail : Meticulous approach to design with a keen eye for typography, color, layout, and brand consistency.Tell employers what skills you have
