Senior / Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit-Out)

Job Description

Our Client is a leading interior fit-out solutions company. The Senior / Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for end-to-end cost management of interior fit-out projects. This includes both pre and post-contract duties such as cost estimation, tender management, contract administration, progress claims, and final accounts. The role plays a key part in ensuring projects are delivered within budget while maintaining commercial competitiveness and profitability.

【Responsibilities】

Pre-Contract / Tendering

• Manage and coordinate the tender and bidding process, from vendor pre-qualification to submission of competitive proposals.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for interior fit-out works.
• Engage and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms.
