Job descriptionPossess a degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering or Electronics and Electrical Engineering with at least seven (7) years of working experience in the instrumentation field. Proficient in codes and standards relevant to the power plant industry, including BSI, ISO27001, ANSI, IEC, IEEE. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of management and multinational staff. Hands-on experience in field instrumentation and sensors of different makes. Proficient in power plant DCS and HMI systems, specifically experience with ABB Advant DCS or GE Alspa DCS is an advantage. Proficient in any power plant PLC control system. Familiarity with gas turbine / steam turbine operations and protection concepts.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Instrumentation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the instrumentation group, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our plant's instrumentation systems.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing instrument performance, reducing downtime, and improving overall efficiency.
- Lead the execution of shutdown works for instrumentation to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve technical issues.
