Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the marine industry Strong understanding of marine equipment and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to travel for industry events and exhibitions
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the company's CRM system
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and pricing
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
