职位描述 : Job

Description : The Dim Sum Helper

will support the Dim Sum Head Chef and kitchen team in preparing,

cooking, and presenting high-quality dim

sum.

Responsibilities : 1. Preparation

& Production

Assist in preparing

dim sum items such as dumplings, buns, rolls, pastries, and other

specialties according to recipes and standards.

Support mise en place work (chopping, marinating,

measuring, portioning).

Ensure consistency in

portioning, flavor, and

presentation.

2. Cooking &

Steaming

Operate dim sum equipment

including steamers, fryers, ovens, and grills safely and

effectively.

Monitor cooking times and

temperatures to maintain quality.

Prepare

sauces, dips, and accompaniments.

3.

Quality Control

Inspect ingredients

for freshness and quality before use.

Follow

hygiene and food safety standards strictly (SFA / NEA

guidelines).

Assist in plating and

presentation to align with Mansion 7's fine dining

standards.

4. Team

Collaboration

Work closely with the

Dim Sum Head and Assistant Chef to execute daily production

schedules.

Communicate effectively with

service staff to ensure smooth

delivery.

5. General Kitchen

Duties

Keep workstations, tools, and

equipment clean and organized.

Follow opening

and closing procedures for the dim sum section.

Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation

regulations.

要求 : Requirements :

1. 5-6 years of

experience in a fine dining and high volume

restaurant.

2. Skills :

Strong dim sum making techniques (steaming, frying,

baking, wrapping, folding).

Good knife skills

and ingredient knowledge.

Ability to multitask

and work under pressure during peak

hours.

3. Ensuring food quality and

presentation meet high standards.

5. Ability to

lift 25 kg (55 lbs) and stand for long

periods.

6. Maintaining kitchen hygiene and

safety.

7. Work in a fast-paced environment with

high temperatures and

humidity.
