Job descriptionCarry out scheduled preventive maintenance for facilities (such as aircon servicing, electrical inspections, minor repairs on trucks / forklifts, pest control, etc.). Perform routine daily maintenance tasks for the facilities. Conduct basic troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems. Assist with minor M&E installations. Coordinate and communicate with external contractors, technicians, and engineers as needed. Undertake any other tasks or duties assigned by management. Higher Nitec (ITC) or Nitec (NTC 2 / NTC 3) in any engineering-related discipline, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in facilities, building maintenance, or the mechanical / electrical field. Experience with ammonia handling will be an added advantage.
