Role :

Sales Coordinator (Up to $2800)

• Singapore Based (Boon Lay)
• 5 days work week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat), Off day - Wednesday, Rest on Sunday & PH
• $2300 to $2800 + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus

Job scope

Answering phone calls, replying emails, answering customer queries, providing information, taking and processing orders

Liaise with clients directly if there’s delivery or stock issues

Communicate with logistics for delivery arrangement

Prepare packing list for warehouse

Handling salmon factory yield rate report and stock in

Matching signed delivery order invoice with tax invoice

Daily sales report submission

Mailing invoices to clients

Filing of invoices

Preparing of sticker labelling
