Job Title : Recruitment Consultant

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm

Working Location : Middle Road

• Responsible for account management
• Liaising and managing the business relationship between clients and candidates
• Cold calling and business development activities to connect with new clients to establish relationships
• Business development through sourcing for new clients and developing long term relationships with potential candidates
• Conducting of interviews and assess the aptness of potential candidates
• Overseeing the selection process from the beginning to the end, headhunting / sourcing for suitable candidates, conducing interviews and assessing the aptness of potential candidates
• Achieving and hitting sales target
