Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Support project teams across all project phases, ensuring alignment with design objectives, technical standards, contractual obligations, budget, timeline, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop conceptual and detailed designs, and contribute value engineering proposals during the Tender / ECI stage.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely, goal-oriented project delivery and provide consistent support and direction.
• Ensure strict compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist the Project Manager and broader team in managing contracts and meeting deliverables and deadlines.
• Oversee the coordination of design and technical elements with consultants; review construction documentation and drawings for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections with the project team, ensuring proper documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
• Manage the design and delivery processes across a variety of project types, ensuring a high standard of execution.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings and presentations, keeping clients well-informed of progress and developments.
• Maintain clear and effective communication among clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Lead project teams of various sizes, driving successful delivery and fostering collaboration.
• Ensure adherence to client specifications, delivering high-quality, timely outcomes.
• Proactively identify and resolve complex design and technical issues during both documentation and construction phases.
• Provide strategic design and technical input, offering innovative solutions to project challenges.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members, ensuring clarity in communication, maintaining work quality, and leveraging team strengths and wider office resources.
