Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Installation / commissioning activities and on-site training to customers.
- Troubleshooting and site service to customers by ensure that the product is operational.
- Handles diesel generator sets by supporting departments in terms of service and training.
- Ensures all technical and training documents are up-to-date.
- Provides specific training to distributors / dealers for service / troubleshooting skillsets.
- Maintain close relationship with customers to ensure the issue is resolved.
- Provides technical assistance on factory test of special projects
- Investigates root causes of failures and recommend solution
- Handle customer on the warranty issues from technical aspect
- Performs any other service and training duties as and when assigned
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical with 5 years of relevant experience.Ability to travel in APAC / SEA Region when required.Knowledge in power generation products is preferredInterested applicants, send in your updated resume by clicking “Apply Now”.
