RESPONSIBILITY :
- Handles and follows through sales leads / enquiries
- Sourcing and screening of candidates
- Employer - candidate matching based on requirements and needs
- Closure of sales and meet sales target
- Working with operation team to fulfil sales orders
- Provides consistently excellent customer service before and after sales
- Customer handling and complaint management
- Comply to all applicable laws and regulations
- Additional responsibility to manage suppliers, and to screen candidates and check documents of candidates.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by company
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma / Degree in any fieldPossession of Certificate of Employment Intermediary (CEI) is highly advantageousCompetent in Microsoft Office Softwares (minimally Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).Multi-lingual to deal with candidates from different nationalities (e.g. Burmese, Indonesian, Filipino). Some of them especially first timers have limited command of English.Enjoys engaging and dealing with different stakeholders including employers, candidates, suppliers, teammates & etc.Empathetic and sincere as this is a people centric industryBe professional in learning and continuously equip oneself with the necessary skills and knowledge to performOpen and sensitive to people with different cultures and backgroundsObserve and internalise company core values at workTell employers what skills you have
