Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is actively searching for a Executive or Senior Executive, HR Admin to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are :

  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, transfer, and renewal matters across various staff groups.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate start work arrangements, background checks, health screening, and staff pass issuance.
  • Assist foreign hires with relocation matters such as accommodation, airport transfer bookings, and general relocation queries.
  • Administer work pass and related pass applications, including issuance, renewal, and cancellation.
  • Maintain and update employee personal files and ensure proper documentation.
  • Oversee transfer processes for faculty, administrative, and research staff (including temporary and contract staff), ensuring accuracy in benefits and records.
  • Respond to employee queries and support residency conversion cases.
  • Coordinate with Payroll for offboarding, renewals, and transfers to ensure tax clearance processes are completed smoothly.
  • Perform data entry related to staff movements (student helpers, permanent staff, and faculty).
  • Provide backup support for team members handling logistics and catering arrangements for Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) programmes and events.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience :

  • Degree with at least 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Experience as a HR Generalist, particularly in managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, transfers), will be an advantage.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Able to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating high integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in using SAP HR systems will be an advantage.
