Role

Description

The Traffic

Controller will assign trucking to Prime Mover Drivers to truck

containers; ensure timely deliveries, efficient route planning and

effective communication with drivers and

clients.

Responsibilties

Manage trucking activities to fulfill customers' delivery

requirement

Provide real-time updates on job

progress in the system

Monitor truck and

delivery status to optimize resources

Coordinate container trucking consignments with Prime

Mover Drivers and customers

Ensure the

accuracy of driver incentives for drivers

Perform counseling to Prime Mover Drivers when

necessary

Any other duties and

responsibilities assigned from time to

time

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Higher Nitec or equivalent

qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of

experience in deployment of drivers for trucking / loose cargo

jobs

Strong understanding of land

transportation regulations, routes, and logistical considerations

in Singapore

• Competent in Portnet

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with

the ability to effectively interact with drivers, clients and

internal stakeholders

Ability to work under

pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced

environment

Detail-oriented with strong

analytical and problem-solving

abilities

Friday : 8.00pm to 5.30am, Saturday : 8.00pm to 12.00am
