Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming experience for all customers
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Support retail operations including cashiering, stock management, and visual merchandising
- Work closely with the team to achieve outlet sales and service targets
Requirements :
At least 1–2 years of customer service / retail experience (beauty industry experience preferred)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsService-oriented with a positive attitude and grooming that reflects brand imageAble to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays as requiredPassion for beauty, skincare, and customer satisfactionTell employers what skills you have
