5G & Innovation :
- Drive adoption of 5G plans and services across consumer segments.
- Educate and engage with customers on 5G through marketing communication, frontline training and customer engagement.
- Partner with Network and IT to continue to commercialise next-gen connectivity solutions.
Value Added Services :
E2E responsibilities for select VASes portfolio, driving sign-up at point of sales, in base adoption and managing churn.Launch and scale new value-added services for mobile subscribers.Analyse market trends and competitive landscape, to understand customer needs.Manage promotions, pricing and service positioning.Track and analyses weekly and monthly key financial and performance indicators to ensure the respective products and initiatives are on track to hit the P&L and business case targets.Strategic Projects :
Project management for high impact, strategic projects across products and segments.Partner with key internal stakeholders to deliver on project objectives and timelines.Manage customer experience and communications with regards to regulatory changes / technological advancements and their impact on customer experiencSkills for Success
Min Degree in Business AdministrationMin 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, business / product developmentStrong P&L management skillsStrong analytical and project management skillsProcess thinking and shaping customer experienceGood business acumen, able to bring the story behind the numbersRewards that Go Beyond
