Job Description

• Drawing Management & Coordination : Plan and produce detailed design, shop, coordination, and as-built drawings that meet project and engineering requirements across all disciplines.
• Technical Detailing : Develop interface details between architectural finishes and services, ensuring seamless integration of civil and structural elements.
• Regulatory Compliance : Stay informed of BCA and other regulatory standards to ensure drawings align with authority requirements.
• Software Proficiency : Utilize CAD tools and leverage Revit capabilities to convert 3D designs into annotated 2D drawings with precision.
• Quality & Timeliness : Manage drawing deliverables efficiently while ensuring high standards of accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
• Independent Execution : Work independently with ownership and accountability to meet tight deadlines and deliver expected outputs.
