We are looking for Safety Coordinator who are experienced in
the M&E industry.
Roles &
Responsibilities
Ensure project works are conducted according to the
company's regulations and assist in implementing the company's
rules and regulations
To ensure
Permit-to-work, Method statement and Job Safety Analysis are
understood by site supervisors and workers
Conduct inhouse EHS training, including safety induction
and orientation
Plan, implement, and oversee
all EHS matter
Assist in identifying any
unsafe condition / unsafe act & recommend / implement reasonably
practicable measures to correct the situation
Inspect project sites to ensure safety measures are being
carried out at all times
Work closely with
safety officer and safety personnel to ensure safety compliance are
met
Maintain good house-keeping of all safety
and health records
Follow up on all
safety-related issues
Liaise with the
customer's representative, external parties, certifying agency and
regulatory department (e.g., MOH, MOM, NEA, SCDF, SPF) pertaining
to EHS matters.
Comply and assist in
implementing the requirements of the WSH Act and all its subsidiary
and statutory legal legislations
Review,
suggest and implement new methods to improve workflow
Responsible for all the site matters including safety and
other matters
Perform any other duties as
assigned by
superior
Job
Requirements : Minimum
WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and
Health ( Level B ) or
equivalent.
Proficient in MS Words,
PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
At least 2 years
of working experience in the construction industry.
Good interpersonal, analytical, presentation and
communication skills are essential
A positive
working attitude, responsible, accurate and able to work under
pressure
Able to commit 5.5 working
days
Might involve shift
