Job description

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Data Analyst & Engineer :

Job Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business intelligence requirements
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI
  • Validate and ensure consistency of data across departments
  • Investigate data inconsistencies and provide actionable insights to address them
  • Design and implement ETL pipelines to support real-time and batch reporting
  • Integrate data across various platforms including Microsoft 365, HR systems, CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • Optimize data models for analytical performance and automate data validation processes
  • Establish and enforce data management best practices and governance standards
  • Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues
  • Support audit and compliance processes by providing clean, accurate datasets and documentation
  • Assist in supporting NetSuite ERP operations and liaise with external vendors for issue resolution
  • Create and maintain SuiteQL queries to support ERP data reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely ERP data for decision-making

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, engineering, or business intelligence roles
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling
  • Proficient in SQL (T-SQL or SuiteQL), with knowledge of ERP data structures (especially finance modules)
  • Experience with NetSuite Analytics and Oracle financial reporting tools is an advantage
  • Familiarity with financial processes and accounting principles preferred
  • Proficient in Power BI dashboarding and model performance optimization
  • Strong SQL capabilities for ERP and financial data analysis
  • Experience in Python or R for data preprocessing and automation
  • Comfortable with APIs (REST / SOAP), JSON / XML, and SaaS integrations
  • Familiarity with platforms like Databricks or Microsoft Fabric is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven
  • Able to work collaboratively across functions (Finance, IT, Manufacturing, etc.)
  • Meticulous in ensuring data accuracy and quality
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Salary : Up to SGD 5,000
  • Working Location :  Clementi
  • Working Hours : 5 Days Work, 8.30am -5.30pm
