Job Description
Driving Digital Strategy & Leading Innovation
Define and execute a digital innovation strategy aligned with enterprise objectives and business needsLead exploration and evaluation of emerging technologies like AI, ML, IoT, RPA, and data analyticsChampion digital transformation as a thought leader and internal evangelistManaging Innovation Projects & Priorities
Oversee and prioritize a pipeline of high-impact, scalable innovation initiativesDevelop frameworks for ideation, prototyping, piloting, and scaling digital solutionsTrack performance and ensure projects meet key performance indicators (KPIs)Fostering Collaboration & Leading Change
Work closely with business units, IT, and external partners to ensure effective adoption of digital solutionsAct as a change agent to promote digital fluency and an innovation-focused cultureFacilitate agile collaboration and run innovation workshops to accelerate solution designBuilding External Partnerships & Innovation Networks
Establish and maintain relationships with startups, academic institutions, technology providers, and industry groupsManage strategic partnerships and digital platforms that support the scaling of innovative solutionsDeveloping Talent & Cultivating Innovation Culture
Build and lead a high-performing digital innovation teamPromote a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and entrepreneurial thinkingMentor business stakeholders on innovation methodologies including design thinking, lean experimentation, and agile deliveryThe Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Management, or related fields such as Digital Transformation, Strategy, Innovation, or Operations ManagementMinimum 8 years of relevant professional experienceProven success in leading digital initiatives within complex, multinational organizationsDemonstrated expertise in managing projects, particularly those with tight deadlines and complexityStrong abilities in organization and multitaskingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsIn-depth knowledge of various technologies, including cloud computing, AI / ML, RPA, data platforms, APIs, and low-code solutions, as well as digital operating modelsWhat's on Offer
