Job descriptionMinimum NITEC qualification. At least 3 years of relevant working experience (experience in restaurant renovation project management is an advantage). Strong knowledge of construction, M&E works, procurement, and project-related activities such as design. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Independent, resourceful, and results-driven. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors and vendors for on-site works, ensuring timely completion according to project schedule.
- Monitor and track progress of all deliverables across various project stages.
- Conduct site inspections, recommending improvements to schedules and processes where necessary.
- Oversee quality checks and safety assessments, providing feedback on compliance and addressing irregularities.
- Prepare project status reports and update management through meetings and communication platforms.
- Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to identify repair and maintenance needs, proposing practical solutions.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure projects, repairs, and maintenance are completed within approved budget and timeline.
- Participate in the selection and appointment of contractors / vendors, assisting in negotiations of service terms and conditions.
- Support daily repair and maintenance activities for the Operations team.
