Job descriptionPossess a Master's degree in Accounting or related Business disciplines from a reputable university is preferred. Candidate must possess ACCA equivalent Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English in order to liaise with Chinese and English speaking stakeholders. Minimum 5 years’ experience in management accounting or audit. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify subtle patterns and insights in data. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to quickly adapt to financial systems or software.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Assist the Finance Manager with management accounting, month-end and year-end closing, and coordination with auditors.
- Prepare and review reports on receivables, payables, cash flow, and inventory for assigned business areas.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and performance analysis.
- Help manage cash flow and support group-level budgeting and forecasting.
- Assist with corporate tax filing and applications for tax incentives.
- Prepare and submit financial reports required by headquarters.
- Keep financial records and supporting documents well organized.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
