About the Role
This role will involve in supporting all IT EUC activities and facilities, to ensure users can effectively and productively use established and / or new innovative collaboration technologies, maintain good user experience, including AI / ML, office automation tools, desktop, and mobility technologies.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Network Project Management
- Lead end-to-end network infrastructure projects from initiation to closure
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables
- Manage project risks, issues, and change requests
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions
2. Network Architecture Review & Analysis
Review and evaluate vendor-proposed network architectures and designsConduct technical assessments of network solutions against business requirementsAnalyse network topology, capacity planning, and scalability considerationsValidate security implementations and compliance with organisational policiesProvide detailed technical recommendations and improvement suggestionsEnsure proposed solutions align with enterprise architecture standards3. Technical Consultation & Design
Provide expert technical consultation on network infrastructure mattersDevelop network design specifications and technical documentationConduct feasibility studies for network modernisation initiativesSupport RFP / RFQ processes with technical requirements and evaluation criteriaReview and approve network implementation plans and procedures4. Vendor Management & Oversight
Manage relationships with network solution vendors and service providersEvaluate vendor capabilities and technical proposalsOversee vendor performance and deliverable qualityConduct technical discussions and negotiations with vendorsEnsure vendor compliance with contractual and technical requirements5. Standards & Compliance
Ensure network implementations comply with security standards and policiesMaintain network documentation and configuration managementImplement network monitoring and performance management practicesSupport audit activities and compliance reportingDrive adoption of industry best practices and standardsRequirement :
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldMinimum 3 years enterprise EUC experienceStrong Windows 10 / 11 enterprise deployment expertiseProven experience with SCCM / IntuneActive Directory and Group Policy managementExperience in managing collaboration tools (Office 365, Video Conferencing) in a large enterprise setupBasic network infrastructure knowledgeMicrosoft 365 Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalentRelevant technical certifications such as CompTIA A+ITIL Foundation preferredSkills PowerShell scriptingEnterprise software deploymentSecurity implementationTechnical documentationProblem-solving capabilitiesTell employers what skills you have
