Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Project Manager to lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and optimization of cloud-based applications and projects. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional collaboration, ensuring compliance, maintaining performance, and ensuring on-time delivery of all cloud-related initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in cloud technologies, project management, and a solid understanding of DevOps and security best practices
Leveraging deep industry expertise, you will identify opportunities for improvement, propose innovative digital solutions, and drive successful implementation initiatives.
Requirements
Experience : Minimum of 8 years of combined experience as a Cloud Architect, Project Manager, or Business Analyst.
Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Effectively collaborate with stakeholders and product teams.
Leadership : Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing diverse teams.
Multitasking : Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proactiveness : A proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency to resolve issues promptly
Oversee and manage cloud infrastructure programs across multiple departments and systems, driving seamless coordination and successful execution of cloud initiatives.
1. Performance Optimization & Issue Resolution :
Continuously monitor and fine-tune cloud-based applications to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. Rapidly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues to maintain service integrity.
2. Security & Compliance Collaboration :
Partner with IT security and compliance teams to establish, implement, and enforce robust security policies, standards, and best practices across all cloud environments, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
3. Cross-Functional Alignment :
Collaborate closely with developers, operations, and security teams to ensure cloud-based solutions are designed and executed in line with business objectives and organizational goals.
4. Comprehensive Documentation & Reporting :
Maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, progress reports, risk assessments, and project timelines, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Milestone Tracking & Timeline Management :
Monitor project milestones and manage timelines to ensure the timely delivery of cloud projects. Adapt project plans as business needs evolve to maintain alignment and efficiency.
6. Resource Allocation & Team Coordination :
Strategically allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members to maximize productivity and drive smooth execution, while maintaining clear communication and accountability.
