What You’ll Do :

As a Trainee Personal Wealth Executive, you will undergo structured training and mentorship to develop competencies in retail banking and wealth advisory. Upon completion of the onboarding program, you will :

• Assist customers with their daily banking needs and offer tailored financial solutions
• Build trusted relationships with customers to help them plan and achieve their financial goals
• Introduce banking products such as deposits, insurance, loans, and investment solutions
• Stay updated on banking trends, regulatory requirements, and financial products
• Work towards achieving service and sales KPIs in a customer-centric environment
