Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences in accordance with the Early Years Development Framework (EYDF).
- Provide responsive care and establish daily routines that support the emotional and physical well-being of infants.
- Build positive partnerships with families and keep them informed of their child’s development and milestones.
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for infants.
- Observe, document, and assess each child’s learning and development regularly.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and licensing requirements set by ECDA.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, training, and centre events.
Requirements
Minimum WSQ Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or Higher Nitec in Early Childhood Education or Certificate in Infant / Toddler Care .ECDA-certified L2 Preschool Educator are welcome.Demonstrated passion for working with infants and young children.Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.Must be physically able to lift and care for infants safely.Tell employers what skills you have
