Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description & Requirements :
- Control incoming and outgoing project records in accordance with established procedures
- Duplicate and distribute documents
- Facilitate timely document review, approval and documentation in an effective and efficient manner
- Control all aspects of documentation throughout project's life cycle including :
- Catalogue, post, distribute, track and compile hard and softcopy documents at all project stages
- Assist project team by coordinating document status and distribution
- Audit documents to ensure that project files are current and all stakeholders are adopting the prescribed documentation protocol
- Ensure Project Documental Control policies and procedures to assist in maintaining a current and organized project document management system
- Provide support for change control and document control processes for the project
- Track all documents correspondences and transactions
- file and archive documentation to facilitate easy retrieval
- Assist completion of requests, searches and queries
- Prepare and handover all final as-built documentation
Criteria :
Minimum O levels certificate or equivalentat least 5 years of relevant working experience in registry and document managementGood document control skills; knowledge on ISO 9001 standards will be preferredGood working knowledge of MS Office and adept at spreadsheets and file management systemsPrior experience with Project Information Management and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)Working hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30am - 6pmTell employers what skills you have
