Group Legal Counsel - 0221

Overview

Salary : $15,000 - $20,000 + AWS + Bonus. Working days : 5 days. Working hours : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM. Location : ANSON ROAD SPRINGLEAF TOWER, MRT nearby are Tanjong Pagar or Shenton Way.

The company is a group that focuses on trading and distributing steel-related products. They are also involved in developing properties, such as service apartments. They are looking for a legal expert to help build a legal team. There will be a 105-minute pre-interview assessment for shortlisted candidates before the face-to-face interview.

Requirements

• Degree in law (LLB) and called to the Singapore bar.
• Min 8-12 years of experience in either a law firm or as a legal counsel, preferably experience in trading & distribution, property development, and construction-related work.
• Expertise in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, knowledge of and experience with litigation.
• Able to travel to Malaysia (Penang, Johor, KL) with Managing Director for M&A assignments.
