Job descriptionLead, mentor, and develop service technicians, supervisors, and operational teams. Build a strong safety culture founded on accountability and continuous improvement. Foster effective communication between field, project, and support teams. Oversee dispatching, scheduling, repair planning, and resource allocation. Manage budgets, control labour / material costs, and implement process improvements. Track KPIs such as response times, equipment uptime, and service quality to drive performance. Serve as the senior point of escalation for complex service or technical issues. Build long-term relationships with key clients through professional communication and reliable service delivery. Ensure service standards consistently exceed customer expectations. Minimum 7 years of senior operations or management experience in the lift / escalator industry in Singapore. Strong knowledge of BCA regulations and compliance frameworks (mandatory). Proven leadership track record managing technical teams. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related fields preferred. Strategic, hands‑on leader with strong problem‑solving and communication skills. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Weekdays : 8 : 30am – 6 : 00pm
Alternate Saturdays : 9 : 00am – 12 : 00pm
Key Responsibilities
1. Regulatory Compliance (BCA Focus)
- Act as the internal expert on Singapore BCA regulations (e.g., BMSM Regulations, PTO protocols, MCP requirements).
- Ensure all service, maintenance, and modernization activities meet statutory safety and quality standards.
- Manage regulatory documentation and liaise with relevant authorities during audits or inquiries.
