Roles & Responsibilities

An established international energy trading company is seeking an IT Support Executive to provide comprehensive technical support and ensure the smooth operation of its regional IT systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting end users, maintaining IT infrastructure, and assisting with digital initiatives across the organization’s offices.

Reporting to the IT Manager, the incumbent will be working as an independent contributor, responsible for delivering timely and effective technical assistance to business users. He / She will be responsible for the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, user accounts, and corporate devices, as well as the administration of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure Active Directory environments.

In addition, the IT Support Executive will support the company’s intranet and document management platform on SharePoint Online, ensure proper tracking of IT assets, and assist in implementing cybersecurity measures and compliance practices. He / She will also participate in various IT projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and digital integration within the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration, ideally within a multinational or trading environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and SharePoint Online is required.
  • Familiarity with iOS device setup, mobile device management (MDM), and endpoint protection tools.
  • Solid understanding of IT security best practices and data protection measures.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
