Facility Technician (Tuas / 5days job / Singaporean only) - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Work days / Time : 7.45am – 4.45pm (Mon – Fri)

Transport Provide transport from / to Boon Lay and Joo Koon MRT

Bonus AWS+VB

Responsibilities :

• Perform regular checks, maintenance, and repairs on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting).
• Fix issues quickly to reduce downtime and ensure safety.
• Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS).
• Inspect equipment like forklifts and VNA; report issues and arrange repairs.
• Follow safety rules and building codes.
• Keep records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Do safety checks and take part in emergency drills.
• Help with general facility upkeep (painting, carpentry, minor fixes).
• Work with contractors for major repairs or installations.
• Respond quickly to urgent maintenance needs.
• Manage tools, parts, and supplies for maintenance tasks.
• Restock replacement parts when needed.
• Track maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Report on building condition and maintenance work.
