Job Description

  • Assist the Project Manager (PM) in executing the various installations and related site coordination / proper execution of works in a timely manner.
  • Lead the team under his respective depot .
  • Coordinating with the various subcontractor(s) in daily activities and proper planning for smooth and timely delivery.
  • Report all matters in respect to site and costs related issues to PM.
  • Able to understand and update the 4wrp (4 weeks rolling programme) generated from approved baseline programme.
  • Prepare monthly valuations for the subcons / vendors as per site progress. Assist PM to issue out monthly payment response certificate.
  • Liaising closely with the project team on all issues to ensure timely delivery of site materials and manpower resources needed in execution of works.

Requirements

  • Tertiary education in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 8 years or more in engineering construction environment
  • At least 8 years or more in projects of similar complexity
  • A good team player, independent, self-motivated, proactive, and result oriented
