Roles & Responsibilities
Involve in one or more teams working in 12-hour shift in supporting and up keeping our customer systems running smoothly through :
- Perform General Administration
- Perform Daily Operational Tasks
- Perform Scheduled Tasks
- Perform System Defects Management
- Perform Network Management Services
- Monitor System and Network Health Status using the Tivoli and Solarwinds
- Submit Daily Report
- Submit Incident Report
- Assist Customer on Exercise Support
- Assist Customer on System Audit
Requirements :
Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent.At least 2 years of relevant experience as a System Administrator or in related professionProficient with system monitoring, system configuration, network system and system backup.Hands-on experience with hardware installation and deployment.Excellent knowledge of [GWJ(1] MSCE, Unix, Redhat, SQL, Cisco Networking, SAN Storage, VMware, Firewall, Tivoli and Solarwinds is advantageousEntry level vacancies are available2 years agency contract12-hr shift and 2 shiftsWorking on weekends / public holidays : YesPlease submit resumes to john@oaktree.com.sg with the following details in MS Word format :
